Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. If there is a delay with your shipment we will notify you by your provided email. All shipments are made through USPS for which you will be provided with a tracking number.
Taxes are based on the tax rate in your residence of purchase. Shipping rates are based on your delivery location. Shipping is free for all orders over $50.00 when promo code "FREESHIPPING50" is entered at checkout. If your shipping rate is not showing as free for an order over $50.00, please contact us with your order information for assistance before placing your order.
Returns by the customer for items other than Hand Sanitizer will be accepted and provided full refund (excluding shipping) only if met by both of the following conditions:
1. Product is returned in good condition, unopened, and undamaged; and
2. Product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
If the outer packaging was damaged when it arrived to you, contact your local mail carrier with any issues.
If your product arrived damaged or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us through email with your order number, item, and description of damages to be eligible for a free replacement of the correct product.
Time frames for refunds to your credit card may vary depending on your credit card company. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the product. Replacement items will be sent within 48 hours of accepting the re-issue.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
To comply with USPS safety regulations for shipping hand sanitizer, we cannot accept any returns of these products. Hand sanitizer is a liquid HAZMAT item and we cannot authorize you to reship this product anywhere. If your item(s) were delivered damaged or you are unhappy with the product, please contact us so that we can assist you and find a solution whether it be a refund or a replacement item. If the packaging was damaged upon arrival, please contact your local mail carrier.
